::004:: can't beat Yamaha reliability. I think there is a comparison thread here somewhere. Best of luck!

Welcome from London, Ontario, Canada, theneablood! Before buying, I took a good look at the Triumph Tiger Explorer as well as the Super Tenere. In the end, I preferred the large Yamaha dealer network, as well as the very high level of reliability for the Super Tenere. I am sure you will enjoy whatever you decide on, anyway.

Cheers,

Bruce

The Tenere is far better off road, but I recently ran into a couple riding two up who claimed it did well off road.

I think whatever you choose you will be happy.

You have a couch? I really want to visit turkey :D

From my experience i would say but an S10 without doubt. I loved my Tex, but things started to get pear shaped quite quickly, dealer service manger was as much use as a chocolate fire guard.

Greetings. I have good Turkish freind who lives in Istanbul. It's on my list of places to visit. Good luck with your decision. I rode recently with an Explorer rider. He made it up and over and all around the nasty places I went. Doubt it will be as reliable as an S10 though. Happy trails.
