I recall the givi crash bar install pdf shows the kit uses M8x20mm.

Mine are just like this (i have the givi bars) a metric cap head hex head bolt that is iirc an m8x20. I use a long hex driver to get to it.

so you think the 4 oem bolts were all m8x20 with large button heads

I never had the oem bars, just the stupid plastic pieces that you remove when you install the factory bars.

Its going to be an m8.

I would just order a few in various lengths after confirming the thread pitch and see what works. I would use 316 stainless to avoid corrosion.

www.mcmaster.com

They have everything imaginable.

Are you looking for the exact bolt for the oem bars, or the oem plastic guard thingys?

Then that should be easy.

Just measure the opening on them to see what size head will fit (socket head, rounded cap head, etc...) and go with that.

I believe they were all the same length?

The bolt is number 64 in the diagram, and has a part number of 92912-08030

Now if we look at:=

it explains how the bolt size is in the part number meaning that the bolt you need is M8 X 30mm

Unfortunately the pitch isn't mentioned but the photo might give you an ides

Hope this helps

These are what are used for mounting the original crash bumpers. I kept the bumpers and fittings.CFC54727-F3EC-46E8-A098-D84289961944.jpegA1CD9CFB-498B-4733-839B-EE3638BEAE7B.jpeg3F4D7A1F-3FB2-4585-BBBB-B5436A808670.jpeg
