Looking at buying 2015 1200, new to these bikes but not bikes in general and working on my own.

Anything that is going to cost me mega ££££ to fix?

Many thanks

While search is your friend and works well here, the answer is that these are generally the Toyota Land Cruiser of motorcycle SUVs. Good at most anything and stone reliable.

Many thanks for the feedback, as hinted at above, I have "browsed' the forum but you can't take it all in at once. I'm averaging between 15 and 20k miles per year on my Tiger so it's time for a change. Thanks for the advice - more question will probably follow should I not find them when searching.

Cheers

Congratulations on your 2015 ! Overall I would say the Tenere is a very good bike, second generation Tenere’s 2014 and up have some very significant improvements over the first generation.

Greetings from Malta (EU) and welcome to the forum.

As for maintenance and reliability, I suppose it very much depends on how the previous owner/s treated the S10. My Gen 1 (2013) has never given me any trouble. I bought it new and carry out all service myself.
