If everything goes to plan my GF and I will be homeless in less than 2 years time.

We have been selling out of our stuff for half a year already. It's liberating to only own the essentials.
Next year our house will be put up for sale.
When the house is gone we'll sell/give away/trash the rest of our belongings. Fall next year the bikes will go.

Spring 2023 we quit our jobs, sell the cars and take off on a journey with no end date.
First stop: North America.

Give me a shout, I can buy you guys a beer or two.....

sold the Colorado house a couple of times, last one stuck….

I can relate. My first buyer backed out. Ended up selling the house twice. Both times in less than 48 hours.
