Hi, I am a new member and a new owner of a 2013 Super Tenere. I got a great deal on a well maintained, well equipped bike and the only complaint I have is that it doesn't really need anything so I have nothing to do to it... like, nothing. I've always added a couple grand of accessories to the bikes I've owned, but not this one. There really isn't anything it needs. I mean, I might add a tool box at some point but in the meantime I can carry them in my panniers.

Anyway, I am not much of a contributor to any of the forums I belong to. More of a consumer of info. I just don't have much to add, but I am always looking to learn. Hopefully I will be able to learn a lot about this "new to me" bike.

Thanks everybody. I have a road trip planned in the near future so I'll be sure to post pics of my trip when I get back.
I suspect this will be the most comfortable road trip in my 30+ years of riding as this bike (with its RDL seat) is the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden. I just love the seating position and each of the seats I have serve their particular purpose quite well. I really like this bike a lot.
