Agreed - just a case of checking each wire, 12v supply & earth/neg with a multi-meter.

Be patient; it just has to be something silly. Was the HL loom stressed at any stage of the bulb swap?

Don't post the same thing in multiple threads please.

Start the bike. The headlights don't come on until you start the bike. The marker lights come on with the key switch.

edit: The plug has 12v but the relay won't get tripped until you start the bike.

Make sure you start the engine. The main headlights won’t come on until the starter has cycled.
