There is a guy printing entire extended caps, no spacer needed.

I have now modified and under test :) I have added .5mm to the seal area and made a seal cutout for better seal contact, added an inner section so when attaching the original cover it has an outer and inner so I can fit an internal seal, I will post pictures later

I have tested the design I have managed to fit Philips led H7 bulbs they're so much brighter, the original cover fits very well I used back silicone to seal, the adaptor ring fits ok into the headlamp but I am not 100% happy so I am making a few changes and reprinting, good thing is they stayed on the bike no problems for over 800klms now :)

Design seems to ok now I am going to order some seals to test as I just used silicon as a seal which works fine, I have washed my bike several times and had no leakage ;-)

Hi
I am also busy doing a 3D model,
to extent the H7 LED light .Can you assist me with the 3 D program Please????? cant extend the cone area to fit whole unit inside the cover
