Has anyone taken the amtrak auto-train?

Im considering taking my S10 from Florida to Washington on the autotrain and then road tripping back over a couple of days next summer.
Has anyone taken their bike on the train before? Any tips/words of advice?

Never done. Have thought seriously about doing it with the wife, but without the bike. Looks relaxing, and relatively comfortable.
