Sort of. They used rubber bushings in the risers to minimize vibes on the Gen II bikes, (2014-on), but sometimes those are loose and can cause more flex and vibe. Try tightening them up and see what that feels like to you. If you still think they flex too much, or vibrate too much, the 'trick' is to put a thick flat washer on both sides of the triple tree, then replace the bolt and tighten down again. That certainly reduces flex, but I personally don't know how it impacts vibration. I would suspect you might feel more, but we are all different.

Many people use Grip Buddies and Grip Puppies to give a larger diameter grip, (they fit over the stock grips), which also reduces felt vibrations.
