It is near impossible to get good advice on a forum for "which handlebar bend". It is a very personalized ergo that is different for everyone. The only suggestion I can make is to how you find what bend is right for you.
On my dirt bikes I stand and squeeze my legs into the bike, close my eyes and envision my riding, dropping my hands where I feel comfortable. That gets me my height and how far forward and back. Sweep is much harder to get right. Just from experience I'm good at 10 - 12 degrees sweep.
I set my levers pointed down at a place that keeps my elbows pointed up on my dirt bikes. On my dual sport they are a little higher so I can cover the clutch and brake when seated as well.
The Super Tenere is close to a 15 degree sweep. For a seated position with my HeliBar risers mounted and bars rolled slightly forward, it's perfect for long days seated in the saddle. When standing it's a little odd if I'm picking my way through rough terrain standing at slow speeds. This is a fair compromise.
The levers are set where two of my fingers on each hand are comfortably rested on the clutch/brake at all times when riding.
The hardest thing to find when getting bars is the sweep. If you are inexperienced purchasing bars you can end up with sore shoulders, arms, and back getting the wrong sweep.
