Hi everyone, stumbled on this introduction thread and thought I'd say hello! I signed up in December but didn't get around to reaching out.
Picked up a new-to-me 2014 ST standard in early December of 2019 and enjoyed the winter combing through the fascinating threads on this site, and splurging on little upgrades to make in 'my own'. Picked up that habit from Dad, who's had a bike from as long as I can remember.
Ride history:
1981 Suzuki GS400
1996 KLR 650
2014 ST 1200 standard
Let go of the KLR back in 2005, so am getting back into riding after a daughter and 15 years. Rode that KLR all over, from Alaska to Chile, Florida to Washington, and Cape Breton to BC, some old pics attached. Still have dreams of the rest of the world, but until then will enjoy the local rides and live vicariously through you guys!
