the canyon can be accessed through the same road that goes to the other side of elbow campground.
It was recently graded, and fixed for the logging trucks. Three months ago, we had issues navigating the same road on our dirt bikes

Nice...we really enjoyed the Canadian Rockies over the summer.

Why did the front wheel need to come off the V-Strom? Too big a hole to plug?

Greg hit a huge rock on the road, and dented both rims in one go.
We took a rock to the rim to try to gently bend it back...it cracked (hairline) in the middle
