Congrats!

Rented one in Thailand a few years back, not fast, but a huge amount of fun.

Congratulations! I have the Bonneville Speedmaster in my father has the Scrambler 1200. Love the look of your bike especially the red color. They are fun and easy bikes to ride just zipping around town even taking a couple of long rides. Just comfortable bikes well-built and maintenance is easy.

I like the Bonneville. Got to ride one my wife was checking out the Tiger 800. The feel of it made me think I was riding on a big block of cheese. I'm saying that as a positive thing - just the right amount of yield and firmness. Very solid feel. Like a block of aged Gouda. I'm half Dutch and live in WI so I know about cheese.

Nice ride! I've been contemplating one for a couple of years now and generally like Triumphs.

Sold my Triumph Tiger to pick up a ST. Fun little engine but ultimately the 800 just wasn't enough plus at 5'11", I felt a little cramped on it. Test rode a ST and was so comfy but then immediately felt cramped when I got back on the Tiger to go home. Tiger is now sold and I'm picking the ST up in the morning.

Still have my Speed Triple though.

I recently sold my Thruxton. I did all the customization to it and was really happy with how it came out, but I never really rode it anymore. I kept telling myself it wasn't costing me anything to keep it except space. I finally came to the realization that I wasn't ever going to really ride it and I let it go.

Thanks! I enjoyed customizing it as I got it bone stock. I had it as a second bike when I had my FJR so I rarely rode it. It wasn't good as a commuter. It wasn't good for long distance rides. My days of leisure Sunday rides to the local canyon waned, so it just wasn't getting ridden. I wanted to get a Tenere as I'm moving to Idaho next spring and plan to do a lot of dirt roads to get to some hard to reach fishing. Thruxton wasn't going to get it done!

I finally spotted my 1st 900 tiger the other day at a dealership. The look killer and seem to be reliable. I'm considering adding another toy to the shed. I was on several different forums and a fair number of owners talking about killer engine heat in stop and go traffic. Fro me in Ms. That's a deal breaker.
