Yuk! Those gulls have an impressive target acquisition system .... carry a good load too ::)

Pulling into my underground garage .... SPLAT!!!!!!!! .... the most enormous pile of poop hits the right hand side of the screen, mirror, tank, rear seat, and rear plastics .... got me good as well, right shoulder, arm, leg all over my lid. Glad I wasn't wearing an open face helmet. How big was that thing .... freakin Albatros or somefink. Of course it happened in full view of the guards .... oh yeah real funny that  The regular salute was replaced by all of them rolling around with laughter. I've put 'em all on a charge .... and increased their duty time outside .... that'll teach 'em. ;) ;) ;D

If it was raining good at the time, you could have turned around and headed back out to wash all the seagull poop off of you!

Got caught in the snow going home .... that didn't wash it off. Just spent an hour cleaning the kit properly .... that stuff is hard to remove. Can't get to the bike to deal with that as it's locked in the garage behind a wall of snow

LOL ... I wish I did. However, no amount of spikey things will allow riding at the mo. Snow and ice is packed and 150mm deep on the roads .... no riding for a bit. Hate that.

Hmmm .... it's OK for a very short while but tends to get old in hurry. Unfortunately, the Brits don't do snow very well ... just not geared up for it :(

I now have an aversion to it as I was taken off my FZ1, a year ago yesterday, by a crazy hit n run cage driver. Wrecked the bike, broke three ribs, fractured wrist, dislocated my shoulder and left by the roadside in freezing conditions at night for hours before being rescued by some of the guys from my unit. Ordinarily would never ride in such conditions just got caught by a freak snow storm.

Second that, the novelty wears off real quick and the uk goes into shut down after one day of snow, rode a couple of times myself in the snow and its not a great experiance. Bring on spring.....
