Hi Electrolyse

Rob above is right, the knee pads are TECHSPEC. I believe Rob's are the later ones designed to cover the black painted knee area on some S10s, although mine were still available last time I looked.

I ordered then direct from the USA but they can now be sourced from the UK

Crash bars are Givi. In the accident the right hand crash bar took a hit off both the car and then the road. It is designed to be sacrificial and was badly damaged but it saved a LOT of damage to that side of the bike and the bike only suffered slight scratching (although the repairing dealer claimed for and replaced everything)

Rob : what crashbars are those please, I',m still undecided ..
Hi,

i had sw motech bars for years but saw a few xt1200 with bad damage with sw motech mounted ROAD crash, so sold them on and bought the ones in the picture, whitch are ALTRIDER LOWERS AND UPPERS.

buy the way the givi ones have a real good reputation for being a great crash bar in crash protection there are good as are altrider

all the best Rob

hey guys. just wanted to add more info to the thread. I have the Givi PLR quick release racks on my bike. Givi has hard bags for the monokey system that look like the Trekker outback. They’re called Trekker Alaska…. set up for the monokey racks. What I like about monokey is how cross compatible they are with many other bikes. basically buy one set of luggage and transfer to whatever down the road.

Hello,
What size did you end up going with? I'm still trying to decide wether to go with 2-37s or a Left 37 and a right 48?

Hey there.... I personally thing that the 37's were a perfect size, I wouldn't ever want to go as big as a 48. I also think that dual 37's look perfectly fine on the bike. Never been a fan of the asymetrical box look.
