Bought a Anti Gravity ATZ10 "Restart". Went to install it and the + post is to short for the + terminal to align/fit correctly. The negative post was fine. What ends up happening is the terminal bolt hole won't fully align to let the bolt to pass through. Seems the AG terminal post is a couple mm shorter than the OEM battery. I could modify the + terminal ends but I'll lose contact material and I want as much as possible to deal with the added CCA the AG battery puts out. Has anyone experienced this issue? The AntiGravity folks say they never heard of this.

You could shave a little material off the bottom of that terminal to let it slide down a bit father, or drill out the hole in the terminal. I’d prefer to do the former. Contact loss, if any, would be insignificant.

It just is a bit annoying to me that after you spend $150+ on a premium battery and then have to grind/file/drill parts for it to fit correctly.

I'll get with AG Monday with some pictures and hear what they have to say.
