I accidentally installed the battery upside down and got a spark when I touched the opposite wires to battery terminals (i.e. positive bike to negative battery terminal and vice versa) the battery has a full charge and when I turn the key - nothing.

Anybody know which fuze it would be?

I already checked the ignition and solenoid fuses, 20 and 30 amp and they are fine.

No problems with charger or cables. Tried to start with old battery, slow crank check engine light no start. Left bike sitting for two weeks, hAd to go out of town. Came back, installed new battery, hit starter check engine came on as soon as I hit the starter and no start.
Check the 7.5 amp fuel injector fuse. If you even briefly touch the battery leads to the wrong pole during installation, normally the 50 amp main fuse and the 7.5 fuel injector fuse will blow. Since it still cranks over, the main fuse is intact, but the fuel injection fuse, if blown would not let the bike start. Ask me how I know this.
