Good lord this is annoying. I’ve tried tightening down everything. Cannot make this stop. Basically coming from the windshield bracket/headlight assy. Any clue how to resolve this other than pulling out my ear drums with rusty pliers?

Can you hear this when you are riding? It's an easy fix. The headlight is rubber mounted. Simply remove as you would to put in marker lights and grease the well nuts.

Yes I definitely hear it as I’m riding. How do I access the marker lights??. Is it those two bolts deep under the headlights?

If I remember correctly your S10 is a '12.
These rubber grommets (referred to as "dampers" #6) with the red arrow call outs are most likely the source of your squeaks:

Well I took the headlight out and then wiggled the windshield bracket and it still makes the same noise. The noise is coming from right up front but I can’t tell where. I’m looking for some screws or bolts to tighten but I don’t see any.

Check the windshield bracket areas of attachment.

Have you had any random tip-overs? That plastic subframe up front is susceptible to cracking.

No tip-overs..... but I'm thinking the same thing about a crack. That's kinda what the sound reminds me of cause I haven't found any loose bolts.
That sound on the vid you posted definitely sounds real soft and rubbery, cracked plastic has more of a hard, crunchy sound.

Sounds like the composit frame is cracked or broken. I’ve seen this before with a squeak.

Mine does the same....and it is DRIVING ME NUTS! I can hear it both when riding and manually "flexing" the windshield assembly. I've had mine apart but can't really see anything wrong. Curious to see what others come up with.

Are you talking about this piece? Cause when I rock the windshield this is the piece that I see flexing the most.
No, #9 in that diagram. It's the front subframe that everything is bolted to. A single long bolt runs down from the top to the bottom.

Ok thanks. I’ll try to see what I can find on there. But yes that seems like the area the noise is coming from.

Check out the red call out arrows that I pointed to areas where the noise may be coming from especially #10 which are labeled as dampers:

I think it’s #9. The composit ‘frame’ that hold the head lights. This breaks much more often than the two side pieces you circled in red
