A family friend is going to rebuild my 2013 forks for me and he told me to order all the stuff I need for a rebuild. I’m not sure which parts I need, I know I want to do the bushings after reading on this forum. And looking at the attached diagram I have no clue. Which items do I need? Thanks for the help In advance.

Also he is an ohlins guy and will be using ohlins fluid- I assume this wont be a problem as long as the viscosity is similar.

I bought the race tech bushings and the skf fork seal kits. Supposed to be higher quality and less stiction

Can get you links if you want to what I ordered if you need it

Hi Mike,
if you still have the part numbers around i would be interested (i noted this SKF KITB-43K for the dust+oli seals from SKF)
Race tech i didn't know (and not sure those could be sourced in Europe) i founk INNTECK SKTE43K SKTI43K but i probably go with the Yamaha's as i have no certainty those are correct for the S10 (they should but...)

One additional question if i may.
Do you happen to recall
- the diameter of the compression Rod (M10 ?)
- and the diameter of the upper part of the Spacer (18-22 mm ?) where the push tool would sit

Many thanks in advance

Maybe I found the answer in the service manual? The parts that are labeled as new are probably what I need yeah? Except for the crush washer at the bottom of the fork, I just flip those.
Those are not crush washers, per se, and can be re-used, but I would not flip them.
