Can anyone suggest where to buy a folding shifter?

Woodcraft makes them. Not a direct add on. Have to cut the old bit off and drill a hole.

Our design limits us. The common dirt bike ones won't be a direct fit. I bought the Woodcraft folding tip and cut off, then drilled and countersunk the stock lever for the new bolt. Red locktite and it's been solid for quite a while now. Cost effective.

Ride On Adv also sells a version, which I have to say, is very nice.

I think this was one of the first accessories I bought for my S10. Very nice and very expensive. It gives me room for my size 14 boots. I think I paid $150 for it 4 years ago.

I've got a woodcraft on mine. Looks factory $25. Bent my stock one twice before I put this on.

Could cut and weld. Or drill a Dowl And JB Weld it.

No need. The Woodcraft comes with a bolt and is threaded.

I highly recommend the Wunderlich shifter. A bit pricey but very smooth and precise shifting. The tip rolls on bearings and the arm is fully adjustable for foot size/riding style.
