Loading up The Tenere and going to Koyote RV park near Medina TX Friday morning for some riding in the Texas Hill Country. Looking forward to trying out the new S10 since I've never owned a bike quite like this before. First Tenere ride impressions and Texas ride report to follow. Can't wait, since I've had the bike for four weeks and have 3 miles on her. ::015::

Looks like a nasty little decreasing radius right hander bit him. I think I will be sorry I left the FJR and Superbike at home with those twisty roads but I"ll be riding with three crusiers and a VStom so thought the S10 would be the bike to take.

Yes it does - which was the most pleasant surprise for me... The bike is a blast in curves...

Just days after getting the Tenere, (pdp bike) I headed straight to the Dragon.
This was from down near Galveston! It was my first Adventure, I explained to my wife.

When I first came into the parking lot at the end\beginning of the run, I got a view of all the crazy and exotic bikes that can found at that famous spot.

Imagine my surprise when it was the Tenere that caused a huge crowd! Turns out it was the first one that many had ever seen in person.

Yea, she loves the twisties. And you will love the 3 sisters on her. Ask me how I know. :)

Keep the rubber side down though! Have fun.

Had the same thing happen when I was there in October last year. Pretty neat owning a bit of a rare machine.

The Tenere has drawn more crowds, and garnered more comments/conversations than any bike I've ever owned. Most people seem a bit confused by just what it is (not surprising as it's neither a cruiser nor sport bike); but also lends to my opinion that, in person, the bike has a certain "presence".

It's quite fun to watch other riders walk around it discussing amongst themselves WTF they're actually looking at...
