From the service manual, not sure if you have already gone through the steps

Thanks Regder, can you or anyone explain how to "adjust" the DC motor, I take it that this is under the black plastic case, we took this out, splines wouldn't move by hand but by turning the motor winding it did turn very slowly, put it back together but fault won't clear, sorry I digress, but back to original question which was, how do we adjust DC motor, thanks in advance ps sorry for any typing mistakes, I can't see what I'm typing.

You didn't “have” to adjust any of the suspension motors. The failure "started" due to "fault" of a flat battery and an "attempted" failed start ....
what you "had" to do "first" was to erase that error code .... using the buttons on the dashboard and entering the Diag mode to the SCU submenu ....
When you start, the ECU performs a self-check of everything it controls, when that self-check is not completed (because the battery is depleted) ... which is not enough to check, it indicates it as an error. And that is exactly what happened to you ... a "check error" ..... then, put everything back together as it was (that it was well set up) ... and "DELETE THE FAULT CODE" ...
But you will have to "pray" that you disassembled, you put it back together "as it was assembled" ... which was OK before the battery failed.

Thanks a lot, yes it's been put back together properly
