The old WR250R was a faithful companion. She taught me alot of how to ride offroad - so much so that I was easily able to take Fancy on the TAT without issue.

But it's time had come.... I felt I had gotten everything out of the WRR that it could offer and to continue the learning curve, I needed something that was unquestionably better than I was. So now it is time to elevate my game and see if I can continue improving as a rider on my new "little bike"

I scored a good deal at ADVrider last weekend on a 2015 Husqvarna FE501S with 1400mi, a Rekluse Core EXP, Flexx bars, fastway pegs, re-toothed, tall seat, and several other farkles.

She is a beast! I figure the front tire will last forever as she almost never wants to keep it on the ground. I have a week off to ride the tits off of her in WV before winter really sets in. I hope I can avoid a chopper flight to the ER!

Day 1 of having her last weekend

2nd ride on her - over Cotton Hill near Fayetteville, WV

Thanks Steve. Not really a trials bike, but one of those is in my future, I am sure. The Husky is just pure power with a super refined suspension.

This new Husky is 50lbs lighter than my WRR and has over 2x the horsepower.... ::26:: ::26::

What can possibly go wrong?!?
