From the EU nothing, you may encounter some sort of handling charge by USPS, as far as I know the US will not charge import duty, but best to speak to your State import dept (if you have such a thing) to get the right info.

Motorcycle parts are duty free into the US. You will perhaps pay some customs fees and this will likely, (but not necessarily), be part of the price you pay them that covers the shipping. Large light boxes are expensive to ship. The shippers use dimensional freight to price this stuff, so it's not about what it weighs, but what size the box is.

We don't have VAT, (value added tax), which is a bigger part of the costs in many countries.

Yup, your shipper may try to collect a duty and if so, challenge it. There are no US import duties on motorcycle accessories unless they are coming from North Korea or Cuba! In the latter case I don't know the status of Cuba but it was on the list when I bought my Givi Trekker Outback top box from Motorstorm in Italy.

I don't think EU shippers tend to collect "revenue" for products, unless it's Amazon, and they collect even if you don't have to pay any. Same as a lot of US companies that ship product to EU, they use an on-line shipping calculator that does not take into account 'allowable duty free limits', so I just don't bother to buy stuff from the US, cannot stand ignorance.
