Hi no photos at moment the shock is out of the bike at present and left in with a suspension guy.
When the wired connecting plug is removed from the shock, the socket where the pins are has hyd oil in it, very slight leak and took a long time to notice.
It was only when the system lost so much oil and it was as if there was no shock fitted to the bike that I investigated

When I can I will post photos.
Thanks

Just to let you know the dealer was my first stop (the bike is 3 years old and out of warranty by one year)
The best deal they would do for me was reducing the price of a new Es shock from £1540 to £1200
