I had a similar experience a few years ago whilst on tour.

Turned out to be a loose battery terminal

I put a request for help on the XT1200 Super Tenere UK Facebook page and a bloke had one for sale… 2•5 hour trip up the road, £30 changed hands and a used sensor was mine!
Fitted it this evening and she runs perfect!

Thanks to all you guys that helped me out here… it was appreciated!!

Took the bike on a work related trip to London on Monday... 294 miles total... bike went perfectly!! :):):)

Submitted a travel expense claim to the boss the next day... he says ''0.30 pence a mile for a motorbike... seems a bit high, we'll have to have a look at that allowance''....:mad: Tightarsed Fecker!! (He did sign it though).
The £88.20 claim paid for my petrol there and back (and the air sensor I bought above) so I can't complain too much. ;):)
