engine guard/ skid plate compatibility question

I have been leaning towards the Yamaha factory crash bars and also want to install the SW-Motech skid plate. From photos, it looks as if clearance might be an issue while installing these items together. It can be hard to tell from pictures, however, so I thought I would see if anyone here has tried this setup. I just need confirmation that the items can be installed together. Thanks in advance

they sent me an email yesterday saying that they were waiting to hear back from SW-Motech

they responded today saying that SW-Motech cannot confirm it either way.


So it looks like we won't know until someone actually tries it.
