So I traded a bucket of drainage stone for my tire changing "expertise ", and this morning I spooned a new Bridgestone on this. An hour later, I needed to go on a test drive. I was a bit reluctant, and wanted to wait for the cover of darkness just didn't have the time. I came back 15 minutes later, and was completely floored. I no joke could have crossed the country on this thing. He's even gone dark side on the back end! I would gladly ride this, as a long distance bike/commuter bike.7F65A7E2-30BE-41A8-8A07-694955350B36.jpeg

+2. I had a Yamaha Majesty, for a while. It was hands down the best commute bike I’ve ever rode. Full frontal protection on those cold am mornings. Yamaha quality.

Sad they have a stigma.

Scooters are fun. Crossing the country is easy, it's just a matter of how long you want to take. :) Fun Bergman 650 fact of the day, it's a common bike for HD men to buy their wives that don't want their own HD. Turns out.... The Bergman will out accelerate most of the HDs except the CVOs. :D

Posted triple digit mph amazingly quickly. It would cruise at 80mph comfortably all day I would guess.

Most of the Maxi scooters will easily do legal plus speeds. My Honda 150cc, not so much. I'm still crossing the country on it, I just find the back roads and two lane hwys.

I never really thought much of scooters like the Bergman, until one day I was on the freeway going up a hill around 80 mph (theoretical) on my bike, and another bike was matching me. Turns out it was a Bergman, impressive.

Two of the guys I ride with here have the Kymco 400. Armchair comfy and go as fast as you need to here, but the engineering is a bit iffy...
