You may be right!! Got to get some financials sorted first, though. I'm trying to save so I can put down a big down payment. Never bought anything this way before. Used to just put zero down and finance. How utterly adult of me! One side benefit of this approach is that it's giving me a lot of time to figure out exactly what I want, so that I'm not back doing this all over again in a couple of years. The sales guys at the dealerships are probably getting impatient with me since I've been such a moving target. Seriously, I think I made my mind up on 15-20 bikes so far, only to change a week later. The tenere could be the one if I'm not intimidated by it's size. I sat on the 1200gs with low seat option and it felt very nice, but the same bike without the low seat, not so much. I wonder if my 32" inseam can flat foot the tenere? It's not a deal breaker, but it would be nice.

You'll not have a problem. 32" is good. The seat is relatively slender and not wide. I have no problem and I'm 31".
