Apparently your manual is different
Might very well be for different countries. Mine states:

90–209 kg (198–461 lb):
Front:
225 kPa (2.25 kgf/cm², 33 psi)
Rear:
290 kPa (2.90 kgf/cm², 42 psi)

I just got these tires coming from the stock tires. Do you guys feel like these tires site higher? Keep in mind I have never had an odd road tire.

Do you air down for off-road, if so, what pressures?
On my S10, no. Too heavy and unless you like dented and dinged rims, I wouldnt. I dont do super crazy with my S10 offorad and on the west coast full of rocks so YMMV, I have a KTM 300 for real offroad runs. Everyone's different and some may lower em depending on their terrain.

I don't either. As Highwayman said I have seen too many dented rims from people that do. If you are going over rocks, baby heads etc, especially at speeds, you will dent your rim if the pressure is too low. If you listen to professionals like Bret Tkacs they are also against it.

Have a set on order from Revzilla. Going to take my wheels off and let someone else mount them for me since I hear they're a bear to get settled. I'm on the wear bar in my rear tire and burned through the wear bar on my front tire (both BattlAx A41), it's time.

If you bought a set of tires anytime after Aug 1st don't forget Dunlop has a rebate available. Apply online and get a $40 set rebate. Go to the Dunlop website for details.
I bought a rear in August and a front last week when I stumbled across the rebate offer.

I bought a set in Denver at Performance Cycle. $308 for the pair plus tax, came to $328. Not too bad in my opinion from a great shop. Best thing is they had no stupid iddiot masks on, which I don't understand, as it's law in Colorado for next 150yrs. No 4ft wide by 3ft high 1/4" plastic crap between customer and clerk either. Whatever. Good shop, good tires..I mount myself. No tire worries me in the least to mount after 45yrs of it.
Went to Burger King to try to order as well. Both clerk and I had mask, 1/4" plastic 4ftx6ft between us. How the hell you talk through 2 iddiot masks and a bullet proof plastic 4x6? You don't. Rediculous.

Ooooh boy!! No masks and no protection between customers and workers. Good luck with that. COVID lives on and is now transmitted in motorcycle shops.
