Local dealer had the Yamaha truck this weekend.

Rode the Vmax. Was terribly disappointed.

It had 1900 miles on it and the clutch was chattering badly. I can see why. The motor barely runs below 2500. Takes at least 5K to come to life.

Switched with a buddy on the ride home. Rode his Harley. It's been close to 10 years since I rode another Harley. Nothing has changed. Holy hell, that thing will NOT stop. I guess you don't need
ABS if you don't have enough brake to lock the wheel.

Gave my s10 a hug and begged forgiveness for my sins.

LOL,

all harley's come with boat anchors, toss over board, at any stationary object, to get desired effect (stopping) ::015::

Harley's have come a long way, but they still have a very long way to go to resemeble anything japanese/european made, but don't tell the harley boys. ::002::

When you have ridden the best O:), it's hard to ride something else... You always find the faults with it... ::001::

The motor, a 103, was great. It felt like it was about half the S10 power, though. The stability and suspension were not too bad, really.

Never tried the rear brake because I couldn't find the pedal. forward controls... :D

the front brake is so bad, I'd call it dangerous.

So, to me Drifter just successfully reinforced my stereotype.

ASSHOLES, Harleys come with Brembo brakes and ABS is available. I get so tired of faggots shitting on Harleys.
Who spends there time looking for posts on other forums blasting the motorcycle you ride?! Brembo brakes are great, if they are designed to work properly. ABS is available?! yeah, $20k starting and then it is a $1200 package? And finally, homophobia will not be tolerated around here. Shitting on a Harley is much less offensive and may be encouraged.

I think you guys may be misunderstanding Drifter. I think he's actually talking about Harley riders taking a poo on their seats. Here, watch this, you'll understand what he means.

https://vimeo.com/15758959

In this context his use of the "F" word is a direct reference to Harley riders.

Here's the full episode, it's pretty damn good. http://www.southparkstudios.com/full-episodes/s13e12-the-f-word
