Cruise Control Intermittent Problem

Hi,
1 am hoping someone can throw some light on the problem I have with my CC. My 2016 XT1200ZE has developed an intermittent CC fault, during operation the CC symbol lights up and remains constant but the "SET" symbol will only come on occasionally. I have yet to check anything so was hoping a member may be able to help.

I have found fault code 93 but cannot find what it means, can anyone tell me what it is please?

The intermittent switch can show up as a stepper motor issue so what you found sounds right.
