So the Yamaha deadline in the US is March 31st for pre-orders. Are we going to have a count down

Tick tock, those standing on the side of the swimming pool need to jump in, the waters fine ;D

Tomorrow is also the last day to apply for the "special financing" for the SuperT. I was at my dealer yesterday and filled out the application. Little or no recent activity at my dealer for the SuperT orders. Right now, it stands at 3 total and 2 of those were referrals from me! :)

Well, I'm 99 and 44/100 percent sure that my YamaGuy told me that you could reserve a bike up until April 30. I'll stop by today and confirm. Probably just because us Canadians are a little slow. I'll find out for sure. I know you'll all be excited to know. Oh, come on .... sure you will. Work with me, here .... R

Damn. Looks like I'm not going to have everything in order by tomorrow. I waited too long to decide I wanted one. Also, I really wanted to test ride one first, as well. I do that on Saturday. Maybe I'll snag one if a few people bail on their deposits.

I'm also very interested in the Triumph 800, as well.

For now, I continue to ride my Strom 650 and Buell 1125. ;D

So is that a 61 day count off till we hit May 31st? Day 61 starts April 1st. That is if all goes as planned... :-\

Thank you very much for this post. I saw it just in time. I did my financing today and I appreciate the reminder. My dealer did not have a clue.

No, that was only for select 2010 and 2011 models. 5.99 for the SuperT.

I'm pre approved until july 26. If the bike shows up later, I'll have to re-apply.

I can get 6.0% from my credit union, so I'll just do that since it will be more convenient to make transfer payments. For anyone who is a member of a credit union, you should be able to get something similar, so don't sweat the loss of the "special" financing deal. I don't think that it is really all that "special."
