Just booked a spot by the Uncompahgre River/stream in the KOA RV park. I have a small 20' toy hauler and was told I have room for 1 tent. I will arrive noon 7/26 and out on 7/29. I need your name and number in your tent for the campground. I am new to group and this is my first rally so if your new or old member let me know if you want the spot.

I called and they have me in camp spot 17 on the map. The gal I talked to on the phone didn't know if it was possible to add tents to my site or not. I'll be there from the afternoon of the 24th through the weekend. I will be pulling my bike on a trailer and setting up a tent. The gal said that they have tent sites available as of today.

I am in on the 26th and out on 29th in site #3. Suppose to allow a tent also so a late attendee may want to use it.

I hit a deer this weekend while returning home from Arizona i sustained major damage. ive got a broken collarbone broken thumb shattered shoulder blade and 9 broken ribs. No road rash
So, I doubt I will be making this rally now, and I haven’t cancelled my reservation yet. I have a few people that were going to share it with me.
Perhaps one of them can get it in their name.

I am really looking forward to this trip and meeting you all. I haven’t been keeping track of who is in and out. It will be a fun, nice break in the summertime.

I've been using an inflatable vest ever since I hit a deer while I was going 75 mph. Totaled the bike, but I managed to stay up. Still thought a vest was a worthwhile investment.

Like my helmet, I hope I never need it.
