Good idea ramsybella! I've long dreamt of a one piece suit that is waterproof..with armour AND heated throughout. Wish someone made it!

OK. Strange question but I'm curious if anyone else notices this. I've done lots of miles over the years and well over 100,000 miles on an S10 and every winter in the uk I notice my right hip getting cold.
Left hip is fine.
I used to notice it on my old ST1300 as well but not as much.
I wonder if my posture is wrong or if the aerodynamics of the S10 mean that the right hip/upper leg is more exposed.
Those of you that do short rides probably wont notice it. I'm talking about minimum 2 hour rides.
Or maybe I'm just going mad?
I've noticed the same thing. I really notice it around 30 degrees f. Rode up to Tucson (2 hours) Monday at 6am and it was 27 when I left Douglas. Had leather chaps on so it was very noticable. Right hip area got cold. I'm probably going to get an Olympia jacket and pants when the ship sails in, but until then I guess it's going to be long underwear and whatever else I can layer with. My bike is not the ES version.
