Clutch line leak

Hello,

I’ve installed the extended clutch and brake lines from Jaxon. The brake has been no issue, but my clutch is giving me trouble. I believe all is installed correctly, but when I pull the lever and get resistance, there is a leak at the banjo fitting (from the right washer area). I’ve tightened to 22 ft lbs.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you.

I've seen new bikes on showroom floor leaking. Damaged the paint too.

Just reinstall with new washers.

The washer on the reservoir side doesn't look centered.
Replace the washers and try again??

We both seem to have similar pictures.
I had a leak on the brake side from the extended lines I got from Jaxon. After trying new washers etc. it turned out the line was not manufactured properly and was leaking from where the line is joined to the fitting. Looks like his supplier has a quality control issue occasionally. You can take a bit of electrical tape to hold the clutch lever down and see if you can confirm if yours is leaking from that joint or from the bolt/ banjo fitting and two sealing washers. In my case I got ahold of Jaxon and he sent a replacement without issue.

I’ll have to take a closer look. Thank you for the information.

Just to wrap this up, I replaced the outside washer with one of the originals, and that seems to solve the problem. Thanks for all that replied.
