Happy New Year everyone - let’s hope 2021 is better than 2020!

Just bought an OEM centre stand and looking to fit. But, “instructions” are a bit vague when it comes to the springs. Does someone have a close-up photo of their stand handy - specifically showing where the springs connect?

Cheers Nick

:) :) Haha...yes it does.
Bought it in spring 2017, and now over 30000 km om ODO. Not as much as others, but I only use it for fun in weekends, and vacation.
Not really in the house, it is the "wintergarden"

I hope OP is okay with the highjack of his tread  , but I guess all is clear, so I just continue posting here.
And please don't judge me, nothing have been done to it, other than the wash.
It will be a lot cleaner/better looking at the first trip in the spring

Any tips on how to fit the rubber grommet? Thought I’d struggle with the springs but they were easy

right,

going to get mine off today for powder coating its stinking, BLACK before anybody says anything lol.

i,m thinking first while on side stand loosen the 2 nuts on the 2 bolts slighty just to make sure they will come off and not seized up , then pull the 2 springs off with spring puller then go back to the bolts, what do you guys think is that about right
