Hi, new guy here!

I have a 2015 Super Tenere 1200Z (Cruise Control/Traction/Engine Modes etc).

Does my bike have a Canbus electrical system? I want to fit an extra brake light & maybe spotlights.

Grateful for any advice regarding this!

No CANBUS on a Super Tenere...

on my 2015 ES I have fitted PDM60 power distribution, spotlights with IQ dimmer, GPS, Multimeter (volts, temp, timer), SupaBrake II, QuickShifter and STS auto turn signal cancel box. zero issues :)

So grateful for not having to deal with a Canbus System. Even switching to LEDs will give you problems on a Canbus system.

Just for info, there is an inbuilt connectors for both retro-fit aux lights & heated grips on the S10, if you don't want to go down the power distribution route. Both are under the right hand panel, ahead of the battery, tucked away behind the rather inadequate tool roll.
The 4 wire is for grips, which are plug & play if you fit Yamaha OE, IIRC. The 3 wire is intended for lights - just use search on here if you need more detail, as there are several threads covering wiring/switching/options for aux lights.
