I do it.

I have a large deep cycle marine battery. It can run my cpap machine for almost a week of nights on a full charge. Its heavy as hell, so it only works for car camping.

In havent found a good moto camping solution yet.

ChecksWrecks what is that power supply you use in the mini camper? That should power a cpap for a few days and would charge on the bike during the day.

Thanks. I ended up buying an Antigravity PS-45 which can power my cpap for 2-3 nights and weighs 2.86lbs.

Fits in my panniers too.

my "complaint" with the XP-10 is the physical size. I put it tin my tank bag so I can charge it while I ride.

My test of the antigravity ps-45 for cpap was a huge success. It did 8 hours last night and its still at 75%!

Specs:

Resmed S9 @ 14 pressure, no humidifier
Resmed dc battery 90w power supply
Antigravity PS-45 battery @ 45,000mAh

This means the PS-45 will do 3 nights for me + phone recharges. The ps-45 weighs less than 3lbs. That is 1lb per night of sleep!

I ran another 8 hours last night and the PS-45 says 50%. I am definitely going to get 3 maybe 4 nights with my setup.

Is there a way to charge this battery pack off the bike, while you are riding during the day? Like maybe from an SAE style plug or cigarette-lighter adapter?
Or can you only charge it from a 110v source?

It has two charging options: a 110v wall source, or a solar panel system they sell.

However: I am fairly certain that one could rig another charging solution.

Here is the 110 charger specs. Output 15v, 2.4a.

You could probably find or make a 12->15v converter and it might let you charge off the bike. My tenere puts out 13.9-14.0V basically all the time...that might be close enough actually.
