Thanks twinrider - I think they look great too, although I could be biased. ::025:: We're really happy to have another "adventure grade" pannier system available for the Super Tenere.

I haven't heard of any plans for a smaller system yet (all the applications they offer with exhaust cut start at 40L), but will ask the next time I speak with my contact at the factory. Assuming there are no logistical issues with construction, I'm sure they would be open to it if there was sufficient interest.

By the way, our first shipment of Super Tenere systems and top case mounts should be arriving later this week....1,200 pounds of parts is going to make for a busy week!

Purchased myself a pair of the larger ones. I'll post photos and opinions as soon as I get them installed

Some more photos from of the BUMOT Super Tenere system, courtesy of their distributor in Spain, DS Bike Protection... :) I believe these are the 40L / 36L cases with the 41L top case.

We've also got the installation instructions uploaded to our site now. You can click here (or any of the pictures above) to be taken to the product page, or here to just view the instructions in PDF.

We do still have three systems available from the shipment coming in that can ship out next week - one 45L system and two 40L systems, all in matte black. We'll be placing another order shortly, so if you're interested in silver or miss your chance at the size you need, we should have more soon!

Thanks...

Hey, Jason...

Any word or news on when Bumot might have one of their trick toolboxes to mount behind the right side Super Tenere case bracket/mount like they do for some other model bikes? That's really one advantage and cool feature they seem to have over most all of their competitors, and it's one of things making me consider the Bumot's as my next set of side cases. I have one of your DSBP Raid toolboxes on my Super Tenere right now, and it has been terrific. But I have to say, Bumot's more integrated approach is much more appealing, what with the toolbox mounting directly to the side case mount brackets.

Thanks!

Dallara

Hey Dallara - thanks for the heads-up. You just made me realize I referenced a rack-mounted toolbox earlier, but didn't provide many more details. I don't have any pictures yet of the toolbox for the Super Tenere, but it is scheduled to be done in the next 2-3 weeks and will be ready to go out with our next shipment. The toolboxes are keyed to match the panniers and top cases, so one key will handle everything. I also really like how the toolbox is securely mounted to the pannier rack - the DSBP boxes are great as solution to existing luggage systems, but the BUMOT setup is designed in as part of it. The toolboxes are made from the same 2mm material as the cases and powdercoated to match. We typically will stock matching toolboxes with the pannier systems (i.e. black toolbox with black cases), but can order a black toolbox with silver cases if desired.

I'll replace the pictures in this post with ones of the Super Tenere application once we get them, but here are a few shots from other applications for reference....those that don't want to see BMWs and KTMs contaminating a Super Tenere forum, avert your eyes now. :D

Very nice looking luggage. Any chance Bumot offers a 35 liter bag on the right as well to keep the width under 35"?
Spoke with the factory and while they don't currently offer this setup, it's definitely a possibility if there's interest. PM or email me at sales AT advmotorrad DOT com if this is something you'd like to move forward with...it will be a special order so may have a longer lead time, but if this turns into a popular size, they will probably offer it as a standard catalog item.

Thanks!

Outstanding, Jason! ::012::

I figured they would have one of their signature toolboxes available for the Super Tenere once I saw the toolbox mounts on the Super Tenere side case bracketry. This Bumot system begins to look better and better!

Thanks!

Thanks for asking about this. It doesn't necessarily have to be a 35 right, just whatever it takes to bring the total width to 35"/89cm. Same as the Holan 38 setup. Not 100 percent ready to move forward now, but would like to be kept in the loop if they come up with a setup within this width dimension.

No worries - happy to help! BUMOT's 40L / 36L is pretty close to Holan's 38L (36" versus 35"), and a BUMOT 35L / 31L (guessing here on the exhaust cut loss, but probably close) should come in 1" narrower at 34". It sounds like they could do a small run of that size, so if anyone else is interested in a uber-narrow setup, please post here or PM me and we'll see about doing a small production run.

Thanks!

Thanks bruised - glad you like it! We've been super impressed with the BUMOT stuff and think it offers exceptional value for money. Can't wait to see the pictures when you get everything mounted up!

Thanks again....

Over the weekend I hooked up the 41/45 setup. Exactly 38 inches across as advertised. Jason was uber helpful in talking me through and pointing out where I had bolted down some stuff wrong. Very solid. Ill post up some photos later this eve.

Hi Arrowsigns - happy to help, and thanks again for your order! We got a bit swamped yesterday catching up from the weekend, but your order will ship out first thing this morning.

Hey Belaflek - congratulations....you've got the first Super Tenere in North America with BUMOT panniers! ::008:: Thanks for posting the pics...the bike looks awesome, and hopefully you can put all that new storage capacity to use. I appreciate your feedback during the install process, and the team at BUMOT and I are incorporating your suggestions into the instructions to make install even easier.

Thanks again!
