A "grandfather's axe"....I like that, so very true :)

How do you like that mesh seat cover? Does it help the DR? Had one on my S10 an loved it.
I use the mesh cover in summer and switch to a lambswool when its cooler. The seat is double foamed for my legs, along with lowered and rearset pegs. My frame and engine numbers are original, but I broke the frame a few times, so reengineered that, and added longer travel Ohlins up back, allied with an 18" rim, and up front it got TC WP MX forks. The engine got the very first prototype Nova wide ratio box that I facilitated the development of, and a 790 top end with big valve ported head and 41 FCR. Plenty of fun time in the shed as well as out in the bush and outback.

Went out to the shop while ago and there was a big black snake sitting on the DR. Had to relocate it being they are A #1 mouser. But first had to put gloves on. Grabbed it about 3/4 of the way back and it wrapped its tail around my hand. But I persevered.

We had a gentlemans agreement. I would relocate the snake without harm, it wouldn't tell anyone I screamed like a little girl when I saw it.
