$12249 plus a fee for a 60 day tag(can't remember how much, 30 bucks or so) from Romney Cycle In Romney WV.
Well if that is the case then I got mine for $11920, Got Gear Motorsports Ridgeland, Ms. speak with Raymond the sales manager in charge.hANNAbONE said:I believe the "OTD - out the door - pricing is not including state taxes/license fees / doc fees / title fees.
And I thought OTD is what you payed upon leaving the dealership, which is usually the bike, prep (if dealer charges), fees (if dealer charges), shipping (if dealer charges), tax, license, doc and title. After you've negotiated all of that (tax not negotiable) and have come to terms, that is your OTD price and you write a check and get the keys to the bike. Maybe I'm wrong?roy said:Well if that is the case then I got mine for $11920, Got Gear Motorsports Ridgeland, Ms. speak with Raymond the sales manager in charge.hANNAbONE said:I believe the "OTD - out the door - pricing is not including state taxes/license fees / doc fees / title fees.
That is my understanding as well. OTD pricing is supposed to cut through any hidden fees during the negotiation process and get to the final number.Ollie said:And I thought OTD is what you payed upon leaving the dealership, which is usually the bike, prep (if dealer charges), fees (if dealer charges), shipping (if dealer charges), tax, license, doc and title. What do you guys think?Swagger said:Someone should create a spreadsheet with the base price plus on-cost burdens. List it by vendor and state. That way people can get a view of what's going where. It could even be used as a powerful purchasing tool if used thoughtfully. I'd offer but hey I already got one ..... and with a great discount. ;D
Seriously, it would make a very interesting device that could bring benefits .... possibly.
Stick around, I have all kinds of ideas.Ollie said:I like that. Not sure I've seen anything like it before.
Good work my friend .... I like that proactive approach. No sooner the word .....Venture said:.... What do you guys think? ....
If you feel like it, try adding your numbers to the price list I created. Let me know if you need help. Dealer information is optional.japako said:Just noticed this.. I ordered mine at Burleson Power Sports. That is in Burleson Tx. My out the door price was 12,600 and if you take the 500 dollar deposit off, that makes it 12,100.
I only live 4 miles from the shop and could not ask for better people to deal with. The owner is a super guy that rides and will go the extra mile when dealing with Yamaha. The techs are also good guys to work with and very good at what they do..
As I do all of the maintenance on my bikes, this was important to me.
I was willing to give up the extra 200 dollars to help my local economy, and help the dealer keep his doors open..
On order Blue s10

thank you for giving that a go japako. I think the rating function is automatically provided by the system .... it's not needed. Just ignore for now. So your price is all inclusive then is it?japako said:.... At the end it wants a rating but then it says I can't do that .... Aw jeez, never mind. I did not understand the last part...
