Waited for nine months, three times over. (Two kids and one grandchild) so what is a few weeks for super crashbars..

How well do these protect the fairings? It looks like the top portion of the fairings may come into contact with the ground

Get the Altriders. Mine has been dropped on them a bunch of times with no damage. They don’t rust out either.

Your handlebar will touch the ground before that part of the fairing i discovered.

on a basic flat land drop with alriders. My bars don't touch the ground. That bottom picture is where I found it at 7 am. Somebody tried to steal it. The motion light comes on exactly where its laying. Notice the Give came off
Thank god they couldn’t steal it, what prevented that? Any ideas? And what do you mean with the “motion light”? On your house or do you have anything on the bike?

When you say “notice the Give came off” are you referring to the GIVI tankbag ? Is it a tankring lock ? I happen to use a tankring lock and it has never unintentionally came off, are you sure maybe the thief hadn’t removed it ?
The GIVI tankring lock came with the deal when I bought my first Tenere otherwise I probably never would have paid the extra money for one, but after owning one I highly recommend tankring locks they make things so much easier and no chance of leaving any marks on the tank.

The Givi top case to the left laying in the rocks Came off. The motion light is on the house eve. Bright as hell. I assume they freaked out and dumped it when it came on. I need another watch dog

Since a crashbar thread already exists, I am asking here.
My AltRider lower crashbars arrive this week. I am also looking for those sliders that mount on the bar (not sure what they are called exactly).
Any recommendations for those?

I ordered some tank protectors 2 years or so ago from Aliexpress. Took 2 months to get them. Never again.
i,ve had lots from alixpress to the uk no issues i just ordered the tea bag filters for the pump from there 6 days got them
