Battery problems

Ok, so if the cradle can draw some parasitic load if hooked up to the battery how do I fix it so it doesn’t?

Wire it to a switched 12V power source like the factory Cig style power port with some tap connectors. The draw for the GPS is very low. No problem for that 3 amp fuse on that circuit.

This is what I use for things I want switched. I have added a 15 amp power outlet, USB outlet, heated hear, aux lights bar, and Baja Design aux lights that have high and low beams. Fantastic piece of equipment.
