Backrest for the pilot

I don't think I've seen many bikes with backrests, other than for the passenger. Does anybody have one on their bike?

I’ve never seen one on a Tenere but lots of folks put them on Goldwings , I hate riding a motorcycle with a backrest, makes getting on and off more difficult and makes me feel trapped.
