If you are not going to try a new handlebar, try rotating your OEM bars back down towards you slightly.
I Also ride a Kawasaki Versys 650 and was having wrist shoulde and shoulde blade issue, I put ros riser on to raise the bar as I am 6'4.5" tall.
Still had some issuws but what really helped was rolling the bars back towards me slightly, this put my wrists is a straighter position to my arms and my shoulders and blades were less stress out now - it was due to my body overcompensating for incorrest wrist position which was height rotated angle.

So now with the S10 I have RRR risers and Pro-Taper Raptor bar ( also slightly rolled back).
Very comfortable position for me.

Now the Raptor bar has a very good comfortable sweep angle... I have also tried the Low ATV. The Low ATV bars are good but the sweep is less and is noticable, and harder on the wrists when riding hard in twisties. Low ATV bar just felt wrong and the Raptor bars were put back on.

Sounds to me like the bike is not the culprit. If I were having your problems , which I do sometimes , just different areas of my back , I would go to these people to try and get it fixed. https://www.airrosti.com/ Myself , my wife , son , son in law have all went to the one in New Braunfels with great results . Plus , I don`t think anyone moves around on they're bike more than I do . LOL

I will check them out, looks like they have a location right near me.

Going to try rotating the bars back a little more towards me with the risers as well. I have a ride tomorrow about 60 miles each way so that should give me a good idea of if it helped. Unless its super windy in which case the fighting the bike would prevent the pain anyway lol.
