I hope to ride the S10 from Montana to Deadhorse in july of 2022. Have purchased a set of Michelin anakee that I will install just before the ride. Round trip will be about 5500 miles. Anyone with experience with them think they will last for the trip?

I’ve had a set in for about 3.5k so far. They do take some getting used to but part of that might be the phycological jump from road to off road tyres. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how well they hold the road both wet and dry. For me riding through the winter on muddy flooded roads they provide an extra assurance. Looking at the wear levels now, I’m not sure the rear will last 5k miles but the front will. When they wear out, I’ll be getting some more of the same

Thanks for the info. I might ship the tires to Fairbanks for installation before heading north.
