I've looked all over and I can't seem to find anyone that's making a one-hand adjustable windshield mount for the S10. It's a pain to have to stop before I get on the interstate the adjust the windshield up and then back down again when I get back on local roads. It's one of the features I found very convenient when I test rode some other ADV bikes before buying the S10.

Am I just missing it, or has nobody come out with one?

I think the Madstadt is the closest with two big levers. My Tourtech has four knobs. Need to find a set and forget spot.

Unfortunately, a set-and-forget spot is difficult in Florida. You need it at the highest level for interstate riding to keep down on helmet buffeting, but you need it low around town to keep some airflow moving.

Maybe an MRA spoiler? The ratchet action is stiff, but they can be adjusted on the move.
