Ok I must admit I have used my Gaz equipment till I have no more gas left, been refilling the canisters but hey it's a PIA and the die hard Gaz Guys still feel the same way!!
So a little thinking went on in my head as Colman bought out Campingaz U.S. and then pulled the plus soon after, leaving us with no more canisters.
I like to tinker especially with anything Fire related.. Noticing the Peak one screw on the canister stove with the red plastic shroud looks very similar to the Campingaz Twister 270PZ gas stove with the old discontinued Easy click and twist fitting.
Since Colman bought Campingaz U.S. could it be the parts will fit?
Well Hell yeah they do!! ::013::

For those who care continue..
Even the black knob cover seems to be covering over a familiar blue Campingaz knob.
One thing to note to use the lanterns you need to swap the jets from your Gaz lantern valve to the Peak 1, they fit.
The Campingaz stoves use the same jets as the Peak 1 stove comes with. As long as the Campingaz burner or lamp stem screws to the Jet housing it will work.
So far every Gaz and Campingaz that has this stem works, 270 Turbo, Globe Trotter all the lamps.
Just the heads up, the puncture canister stoves are useless with this valve, the burner heads will work but the pot stand legs are part of the old valve assembly.
The only puncture canister stove that does work is the Globe Trotter the pot supports are attached to the burner heads.

Thanks for this...I've got both a GAZ stove and small lantern and was kind of pissed when I couldn't get fuel anymore.

It's damn crazy that this actual works perfect and fits perfect.
The Turbo and Globe Trotter just crank now and the lamps are great.
I noticed the lamps don't need much turn of the knob they work the same way as the Campingaz valve did. One quarter turn and your at max anything past that is just a waste of fuel.
Campingaz lamps have always been a little fussy and I have six. When I go bike camping I am always bringing my Snow Peak Chines $14.00 knock off with a Snow Peak mesh globe that has never failed me in five years.
It's almost half the size of the Campingaz lamp and puts out as much light, but it's good to know your Gaz will be around for many years again.
I had a half tank of fuel and tested my Campingaz lamp ran it for two hours and it worked flawlessly and burned little fuel.
$16.00 at Walmart, $13.00 Ebay free shipping.

Trying to view your photos on this stove conversion. What's photobucket.com/p500?. I looked at these photos while ago with no issues. :-[

Photobucket no longer does free hosting services, so if you don't pay them, all the photos that were posted to websites from Photobucket when Photobucket was free are no longer visible. This just happened in the past month or so.

Update: That little wire D looking ring that locks the Coleman burner head to the steam.
When using the Gaz lantern head it does not burn correctly.
Sliding that little wire down on between the lantern stem and the threaded jet post as a shim will make it work like it should.
Not that anyone has been watching this thread, just thought you would like to know. :-\
