I’m skeptical that a battery harness intended for trickle charging/maintaining the battery would be robust enough to use for jumpstarting. You would need a 40 or 50A fuse and I bet the wire gauge in that harness is not large enough for that.

If anyone tries this, please have someone hold your beer and video it!

Thanx Paul. They didn't have one for the new xp3 but I found it online for $20. I have had to jump mine a bunch of times in 5 1/2 years. It was a bitch every time. Especially on a 95 f day in the sun. I'm fixin to unplug that kickstand kill switch. I can't stop killing it with the stand and forgettin to turn it off. Been doin that since I had a 84 RZ350 (that had self cancelling blinkers that were flawless).
